Psoriasis
« on: January 30, 2010, 08:01:17 AM »
So I have Psoriasis bad all over my scalp and sides of nose. It sucks! I've stopped using the cortison creams cuz of the negative stuff I read up about it. Putting this oil all over my scalp would be very messy plus it would take alot of oil to cover my head= alot of money!! Not liking that either. Can I just ingest it and hope it takes my psoriasis away?

You can cure Psoriasis with VitaminD3 from iherb.com  use a code ROH684 if you are first time customer

Take 50000iu a day until your psoriasis improves to the point where it has gone

then drop to 10000iu

or alternatively get your Vit D3 levels check by your doctor and make sure they are above 80ng/ml

I have been battling psoriasis since I was 4 years old.  It comes and it goes.  It is a genetic immune system disease that is incurable.  I have tried everything over the course of my life, from topical sterioid creams to PUVA light treatments- and, yes, I have tried Vitamin D and it does not do anything for me.  I have laid in tanning beds, had corisone shots in the hip, and soaked in Dead Sea salt baths.  Psoriasis is a very strange disease- some treatments work for some people and not others.  Right now I have a severe flare up of both guttate psoriasis and the usual plaque psoriasis that I am used to dealing with- all in all, it covers about 85% of my body right now, including my scalp.  On Monday of this week, (5/17/10) I began ingesting the oil.  I made a very high grade oil (made from the best of the best).  There are two reasons I think ingesting the oil will work.  One, psoriasis is a case of skin cells that go crazy and develop too fast, die and sluff off- kind of like a crazy, mutating cancer cell.  Two, and the most convincing, is that my dermatologist wanted me to start taking the new biologic treatments like enbril or humera.  These are both systemic drugs that treat RA as well as psoriasis.  But here's the kicker: those drugs work on both psoriasis and RA because they block TNF, or Tumor Necrosis Factor.  Don't ask me what this is, I just know that it is why these drugs are successful.  Well, cannibinoids just so happen to be natural TNF blockers.  I will keep you all posted on whether this works for me or not.  I will tell you that after only three days and four small doses, my psoriasis looks like it is fading for sure.  I am, as my handle states, cautiously hopeful!

Hi all, I'm new here I'm Jura from Slovenija and I have Psoriasis an RA.the thing is that every medicine I've been given made me sick.Metrotrexate, Arava....
And now they want to give me humira for my arthritis I I'm realy afraid of this medicine couse of the side effects.I have a problem, If i don't take Humira they will send me back to work and i'll get fired couse I can't work for sure, not with this hands.I'm asking is it safe to take Humira and THC oil at the same tiime?

Ok so what for now if I ignore my psoriasis an take THC oil oral for my arthritis.Does anyone know how long is the healing process? Ad how many to take, the dosage ...? And if it helps And i bet it does can arthritis attack you again or are you healed for good.Thanks again

Have any of you applied organic hemp seed oil on your skin? I think you may be surprised at the level of healing it has.

Hemp Oil Naturally Replenishes Skin Moisture!Hemp Oil

Hemp Oil is the only oil of its kind that helps soothe skin irritation and dryness! If you suffer from:

    * Eczema
    * Psoriasis
    * Skin cracking, scaling or sagging
    * Chapped lips
    * Dry hair

From url: http://www.nahanniriverherbs.com/267

There are so many more sites with non medical alternatives out there. My daughter had a bad breakout so we put her in only cotton and guess what? It was gone in a week.

Psoriasis is a common chronic inflammatory dermatological lesion.they may be painless and seldom prurient,can be few in number or may be extensive.Mental anxiety or stress may increase the severity of the disease. The etiology of psoriasis is unknown.along with lotions and ointments ultraviolet light can also be suggested.steroids and retinoic acid are commonly used.However any relief obtained is symptomatic and temporary only.The lesion is cosmetically disfiguring but do not have any serious consequences.The  turnover of psoriatic  skin is only  three to  four days  ,while normal skin turnover time is  approximately 28 days.
